We want to ensure that your shopping experience with Trafni is enjoyable and satisfactory. However, we understand that sometimes things may not work out as planned. If this happens, we have a clear return and exchange process in place to assist you.
General Return & Exchange Process
Step 1: Initiate Your Return or Exchange
If you need to request a return or exchange, please contact us by email at sunny@trafni.com and include your order number.
Our customer service team will review your request and provide clear guidance throughout the return or exchange process.
Step 2: Ship Your Product Back
Once your request is approved and we provide the return address, please ship the item back within 7 days following our instructions.
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as refunds or exchanges can only be processed after the returned item is received.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Step 3: Refund or Exchange Processing
After we receive your returned item, it will be inspected within 3–5 business days.
If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method or an exchange will be processed accordingly.
Important Notes

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Returns made directly at delivery or sent to a local post office without prior contact will not be accepted.

When emailing us, please include “RETURN” in the subject line.

Refunds or exchanges are only processed for items that meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

If an order dispute arises, please contact us directly before initiating a chargeback or third-party refund request.
Non-Refundable / Non-Exchangeable Items
We are committed to providing high-quality products. If you receive a defective item, we will gladly assist with a return or exchange.
However, the following situations are not considered quality issues and are not eligible for return or exchange:

Damage caused by wear, washing, alterations, or self-repair

Damage resulting from customer handling
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

With original packaging and tags attached
Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alteration will not be refunded.
Replacement or exchanged items are non-refundable.
Customer Responsibility
Trafni is not responsible for failed deliveries caused by customer negligence, including but not limited to:

Refusal to accept delivery

Incorrect or incomplete shipping address

Incorrect contact number or recipient name
In such cases, refunds cannot be provided.
If you notice incorrect order information, please contact us immediately at sunny@trafni.com with your order number.
Return Timeframe
Return requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date you receive your items.
Please do not send return items to the sender’s address listed on the original package.
To obtain the correct return address, contact our customer service team.
Refund & Exchange Timeline
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, refunds or exchanges will be processed within 5 business days.
You will receive:

A second email once your refund has been issued
Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear in your original payment method.
