60-Day Risk-Free Trial Period

 
You may try on, inspect, and evaluate your items for 60 calendar days from delivery.
 
Return requests must be submitted within 60 days of receiving your order.
 

 

How to Return or Exchange (Step-by-Step)

 

Step 1: Submit Your Return Request

 
To start a return or exchange, email us at sunny@trafni.com with:
 
  • Your order number
  • Subject line: RETURN + Order Number
  • Reason for return (size, fit, style, etc.)
 
Our customer service team will review your request and provide a pre-approved return address and full instructions.
 

Step 2: Return Your Item

 
Once approved, send the item back within 7 days of receiving return instructions.
 
We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
 
Important:
 
  • Returns sent without prior approval will NOT be accepted.
  • Returns dropped off directly at delivery or local post offices without contacting us first will NOT be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
 

Step 3: Inspection & Processing

 
Once we receive and inspect your return (usually within 3–5 business days), we will process:
 
  • A full refund to your original payment method, OR
  • A replacement/exchange for the same or similar item.
 
You will receive two confirmation emails:
 
  1. When your return is received
  2. When your refund has been issued
 
Refunds may take up to 7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
 

 

Eligibility for 60-Day Risk-Free Trial

 
To qualify for a refund or exchange, items must be:
 
  • Unworn, unused, and in like-new condition
  • With original tags, packaging, and labels attached
  • Free of stains, odors, wear, washing, alterations, or self-repairs
 
Items showing signs of use, washing, or damage will not be eligible for refund or exchange.
 

 

Items Not Eligible for Return / Exchange

 
Returns or exchanges will NOT be approved in the following cases:
 
  • Size issues (due to personal measurement error)
  • Change of mind after the 60-day trial period
  • Damage from normal wear, washing, improper care, alterations, or customer handling
  • Items without original tags or packaging
 
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will assist with a free replacement or full refund — simply contact us immediately with photos.
 

 

Customer Responsibility

 
Trafni is not responsible for:
 
  • Failed delivery due to incorrect address, phone number, or recipient info
  • Refused delivery packages
  • Packages lost or damaged in return transit without tracking
 
In these cases, refunds may not be available.
